Delia Mae Rowe Delia Rowe Albro Children: References: Notes: When Delia was but four years old, her mother died from Tuberculosis and she went to live with her grandmother, Lavina Thompson. Her grandfather, Albert Thompson, had passed away. Delia attended the Normal School in Fredonia, NY. and studied music. She also played piano. When she was nineteen, she married Howard Fredrick Albro. In the 1940's, she worked at Sylvania Fuse Co., the Hotel Samuels and Gretchen's Kitchen in Jamestown, in addition to being a mother. She was a small woman, and quite frail.
