Notes: Earnest Burt Luce was a teacher and Relief worker for International Red Cross. He formulated rehabilitation programs for WWI Veterans and was working on rehabilitation manual for WWII veterans. He established education dept of the Baltimore gas and Electric Co from 1924-1935 and then worked for Federal Govt. He also wrote several text books on Hotel Management.
