Notes: Ken was trained as a meat cutter, but, because of an accident he had when he was young couldn't tolerate the cold of the meatroom, so he worked at whatever he could find. Mostly cook and janitor. Ken was a quiet man but when he spoke, you knew it was something you ought to listen too.
